The third edition of Doel Festival takes place on Saturday, 31 August, 2024.

You can sell your ticket on Ticketswap.

Is there a minimum age?

+

Everybody is welcome at Doel Festival and children below the age of 12 can even enter free of charge. However, all children below 18 have to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.

Alcohol will only be sold to people over 18 years of age. Keep in mind that Doel is a festival made for adults, not kids. Please provide noise protection for the younger ones. Free earplugs are available at the festival.

What is the price of a ticket?

Early Bird Tickets are currently €42. When Early Birds are sold out, prices go to Regular Tickets for €49.

How many tickets can I order?

You can purchase up to a maximu of 10 tickets.

No, we are a cashless festival.

How do I pay at the festival?

You will be able to pay with our Doel Festival App and with Payconiq by Bancontact.

Where can I top up?

You can top up with the app on the get go with Payconiq by Bancontact. Or you can top up at one of our top up points with Payconiq, debit and credit cards.

Can I refund my remaining funds?

If you still have money left on your wristband after the festival, find th e code ony brat and follow the instrctions after clicking this link. You can claim a refund until Monday, September 16, 12:00 noon.

Is there any accommodation?

No, we do not have a campsite.

Can I withdraw money?

Nowhere on-site. We are a cashless festival.

Is the festival wheelchair friendly?

+

We try our best to make the festival accessible to all, as the majority of the festival is built on concrete, most parts will be easily accessible for wheelchairs. For more information, please contact us.

Transport

Where are the departure locations for the shuttles?

+

These will be made available at a later date.

When can I take my shuttle back?

+

Shuttles back to Antwerp will leave Doel between 01:00 and 03:30 and shuttles back to Brussels, Ghent, Leuven and Mechelen will leave after the festival ends, at 02:30.

How do I get to Doel Festival?

We have arranged for shuttle services from Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Leuven and Mechelen, or you can come by car. You can find more information on our Transport page.

Kiss and ride?

Our drop-off point is located at Oostlangeweg 11-13, Beveren. From there, follow the road signs and walk about 300 meters to the festival entrance. Scan this QR code or click here to put the exact address on Waze.

Taxi info?

Visitors coming by taxi or ride-sharing services are advised to share their rides with as many other visitors as possible. Taxi travellers can use the same destination address as the Kiss & Ride. Our drop-off point is located on the Oostlangeweg 11-13, 9130 Beveren. From there, follow the road signs and walk about 300 meters to the festival entrance. Before and after the festival hours, taxis will be waiting outside to bring you home safely. Please consider sharing your ride home with others. You can split the bill and help us limit our carbon footprint.

Which directions do I follow when I drive?

Coming from Antwerp:
Take the N49a, E34, R2 and Sint-Antoniusweg towards Vissersstraat/N451a in Beveren. Follow the signs to Doel Festival.

Coming from Brussels:
Take the A12 and leave at Rue de Laeken, N201 and N277Stay in the left lane to continue on A12Take the E34 and R2 toward Oudedijk in Beveren. Take exit 11-Waaslandhaven-Noord and leave R2. Follow the signs to Doel Festival.

Coming from Beveren:
Follow Kasteeldreef and direction de HalfdreefTake Melseledijk/N450, R2, Sint-Antoniusweg and Oostlangeweg direction the Vissersstraat/N451a. Follow the signs to Doel Festival.

Coming from Charleroi:
Take the E420 and exit at Bd Alfred de FontaineContinue on the E420 and take the E19 and A12 toward Oudedijk in Beveren. Take exit 11-Waaslandhaven-Noord and leave R2. Take the Sint-Antoniusweg toward Vissersstraat/N451aFollow the signs to Doel Festival.

Coming from Liège:
Take E25 and leave N617 and Jard. Jean-Bernard Lejeune/N607Follos the E313 at Beveren. Take exit 11-Waaslandhaven-Noord and leave R2. Take Sint-Antoniusweg and Oostlangeweg direction Vissersstraat/N451a. Follow the signs to Doel Festival.

Where can I park?

There will be parking space right next to the village for which you can purchase a parking ticket. A parking ticket will cost €15 per day for a car.

What if we are coming from the region of Brussels, Ghent and Mechelen?

There will be a special bus line servicing Brussels, Ghent and Mechelen, these will be organised by Festibus.

Will there be shuttle buses from and to Antwerp?

Yes, there will be shuttle buses from and to Antwerp. You can schedule your ride and buy a ticket here.

Safety and medical help

Are drugs allowed?

No, drugs are not allowed on festival grounds.

Can I bring my medication?

+

Of course, if it’s legal medication.

How about security and first aid on and around the festival premises?

+

There is a first aid station permanently present on-site, clearly marked on the festival terrain and map. Additionally, a trained security team is also present on and around the festival.

Food and drinks

Will there be food and drinks?

There will be food trucks stationed at the Town Square. You can buy your drinks at the various bars.

What is absolutely forbidden at the festival?

+

Bad temper. We’re serious. Doel Festival is about gathering happy people, so mutual respect and respect for the environment are essential. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards violence and intimidating behaviour, discrimination and sexual intimidation. Weapons, knives, glass, spray cans, regular cans, fireworks and umbrellas are not permitted.

Can I bring a camera?

Yes you can. But please enjoy the festival with your senses and not through a lens or a phone display. Please know that by entering the festival, you automatically agree and accept the terms of use of all video filming and photo image registrations and agree on Doel Festival and her media partners to use these images. You will then find photos of the events on our Facebook page and our Instagram account.

Can I bring my laptop or tablet to the festival?

Yes, but don’t lose it. We are not responsible for loss or theft.

Can I buy cigarettes? Can I smoke on site?

Yes and we will sell nicotine products on the festival site.
